3 Barn Farms’ turkeys will include the giblets (the neck, heart, livers, and gizzard) as well as the two feet.

Do you wonder why grocery store turkeys are SO CHEAP?! If you don’t wonder, you really should. I get it. Those butterball turkeys are nostalgic. But, ewww. In realty, you probably do not want to know how they are raised, fed and processed! Just sayin.

Wouldn’t you rather roast a beautiful, lovingly raised ORGANIC turkey that was grown by two sweet, super hard-working LOCAL SMALL FARMERS? Wouldn’t you rather eat a turkey that actually tastes like….well, turkey?!

Please help me in supporting my favorite small local farm this holiday season! 3Barn Farms, located in Franklin, has invested a lot to raise these heritage birds for our community….feeding them good-for-you organic feed and carefully watching over them while they forage on open pastures.

  • I will donate a bag of beautiful, local dinner ingredients to a family in need…including - but not limited to - a 3Barn Farms’ Organic Chicken, Potatoes, Veggies, Something Sweet + required cooking ingredients, such as butter and salt.

  • I will also treat you to a bottle of sparkling wine for your holiday!

  • And!!! You will receive my recipes and tips + tricks sheet for an easier, tastier + more festive Thanksgiving feast.

Once ordered, we are unable to cancel or refund your turkey purchase for any reason.

+ Cooking classes and creative workshops are always small, hands-on + laid-back. Cooking classes always focus on what’s local + in season, and culminate with a festive, shared meal.

+ Once purchased, your class or workshop tuition is non-refundable, but you may have someone attend in your place if you are unable to attend.

+ If the class or workshop must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of la poste, you will have the choice of scheduling a new class or workshop or receiving a complete refund.

+ la poste is surrounded by grassy and gravel areas, steps, and changes in elevation. Please dress appropriately for your chosen event. comfortable footwear is always recommended and checking the forecast to help with clothing choice is essential.

+ I apologize, but La Poste is housed in a historic building and the kitchen can only be accessed by a small set of stairs to the second floor.
