cozy french bistro | a cooking class + dinner with kristin | january 16th

$195.00

Friday, January 16th

4p - 8p

Imagine you’re in settling into a cozy corner booth in a bustling Parisienne bistro. Soaring ceilings, antique’d mirrors, haughty servers, towering seafood platters, and a packed zinc-topped bar. Thick ceramic plates of steak frites and bubbling crocks of cheesy onion soup are crowding the tables while the Champagne is flowing.

This is French Bistro fare and it is among my favorite, festive ways to dine.

In this evening’s class, we will learn about the differences between French bistro dishes and other traditional foods from the gastronomic paradise that is France.

We will enjoy a cozy, seated dinner of what we’ve prepared at La Poste’s dining table.

This is a wine-included cooking class. We apologize but due to our permit, no outside alcohol is allowed on La Poste’s property.

  • Please be aware of La Poste’s cancellation policy before signing up.

  • La Poste’s kitchen is located on the second floor of a historic building. Taking a small flight of stairs to the second story is required to access the kitchen. I apologize that this may not be ideal for everyone. Please let me know if you’re unable to attend for this reason and I will do my best to help you find a time to attend class at the Barn.
