Soma Bakery’s Cookie Boxes are filled with an assortment of wintery, warming cookies, perfect for sharing. Each box contains 3 Norwegian Hazelnut cookies, 3 Rosemary chocolate chip, 3 rye gingerbread, and 3 raspberry jam shortbread.
These beautiful holiday cookie boxes from our friend Danny at Soma Bakery in Sylva are available for pre-order now and will be available to pick up at La Poste’s First Annual Holiday Open House + Market on 12/23 from 2p-5p.

About Danny + Soma Bakery:
Danny Cassese is a baker who is passionate about providing flavorful and nutritious bread. With his Swedish heritage as inspiration, he uses alternative grains and old world methods of bread baking. He prefers the slowness of hand mixing and approaches the entire process as a practice of mindfulness.
Danny's micro-bakery, Soma, is based out of Sylva NC. Soma is a sourdough bakery, celebrating Scandinavian flavors, breads, and pastries. Soma provides nutritious, diverse, and exciting new flavors weekly, at the Jackson County Farmer's Market.
